ALIは、長岡駅前のコーヒーとクラフトビールの店。店にとどまらず、動きつづけるプロジェクトです。
立ち上げたのは市内の大学生。棚もカウンターも自分たちの手づくりで、いまも完成していません。自称「長岡のサグラダファミリア」。
昼はコーヒー、夜はクラフトビール。マーケットを主催して、長岡の外へも遠征します。

ALI is a coffee & craft beer shop in front of Nagaoka Station — and a project that never stops moving.
Started by local university students, the shelves and counter are all handmade — and still unfinished. We call it the Sagrada Família of Nagaoka.
Coffee by day, craft beer by night. We host markets, and take the road beyond Nagaoka.
